Upload & Activate Included Plugins
1. DO NOT change any folder or file names as this will cause errors in the required plugins.
2. Using an FTP client to access your host web server, upload all plugin files and their containing folders to the wp-content/plugins directory provided by WordPress. For example, all of the Simple Video Embedder plugin files should be in wp-content/plugins/simple-video-embedder, all of the Simple Post Thumbnails plugin files should be in wp-content/plugins/simple-post-thumbnails.
3. Log in to the WordPress Administration Control Panel.
4. Select the Plugins menu item.
5. From the list available plugins, click Activate next to the Simple Video Embedder and Simple Post Thumbnails plugins.
Upload & Activate The Theme
1. DO NOT change any folder or file names as this will cause errors within the theme.
2. Using an FTP client to access your host web server, upload all theme files and their containing folder to the wp-content/themes directory provided by WordPress. For example, all of the Folio Elements theme files should be in wp-content/themes/folioelements.
3. Log in to the WordPress Administration Control Panel.
4. Expand the Appearance tab, then select Themes.
5. From the Available Themes section, click on theme title (or theme screenshot) for the theme you wish to activate.
6. A preview of the theme will be shown to activate theme click the Activate “Theme Name” link in the top right.
